Wrong product received and no response
"I ordered Golden Cocoa Butter, but I received Raw Shea Butter instead. I have contacted the company multiple times to report the mistake, but I have not received a response or a solution. I am disappointed because I paid for a specific product that I needed for my business, and the incorrect item is not what I ordered. I would appreciate a prompt response and either the correct product or a refund, Although the label says “Golden Natural Cocoa Butter,” the product looks and smells like raw shea butter. I have purchased cocoa butter from different suppliers before, and real cocoa butter has a distinct cocoa scent. This product does not smell like cocoa at all—it smells like raw shea butter."
